How do I check the progress of my order?

How to track your order

The quickest way to check your order is to use our Order Tracking link here

Just drop in your name, email address used when you ordered and the order number, and our automated service will check the order for you and even check with the courier service if its been despatched ! 


If you're not sure of the order number then check your confirmation which will have been sent to the email address provided. 


Web account 

If you have registered an account, you can check if your order is 'in progress' or dispatched' by clicking  the 'orders' tab.  If the order is dispatched you will find tracking details displayed allowing you to see when your order is due to be delivered. 



Despatch email


Once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to check the expected delivery date. Please note that tracking may not update immediately—this is because the tracking is created when we print your order for processing and is only scanned by the courier upon arrival at the depot.

Sometimes, orders printed on Friday are picked and packed the following Monday. Additionally, Yodel may take up to 24 hours to scan the order at their depot.


If your tracking status shows “with sender” , please wait 24 hours (one business day) before checking again.
