Can I choose the delivery date and time ?

I regret we can't offer you the option to select a day and time of delivery. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking details, and if you provide us with your mobile number, you will receive an estimated 2 hour delivery window the day prior to delivery.  For orders sent via Royal Mail, tracking is not available.


If you wish to delay your delivery until you return from holiday, you can do so by contacting us immediately after ordering so we can amend the earliest delivery date. Please do not delay, as we can't change this once the order is being picked and if you email us we can't guarantee to get to the email in time. To change your order  in any way call us on 0333 210 0099
