If you have purchased auto-renewal membership from us, this will renew on the anniversary date each year until you tell us to stop. Currently, there is no advance notification of the renewal so please check your online account for membership expiry date and contact us before this date to prevent your membership from renewing.
To cancel your membership, please contact us via the Customer Service page confirming your full postal address and your account number.
