When you become a member, we will send you your membership vouchers by email as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. These will also appear in your membership account, so make sure you have registered for a web account and log in prior to ordering. To save you having to enter the voucher codes, just navigate to your membership page on your account, and you can apply the relevant voucher with one click.
If you know you are a current member and can't see your vouchers when you log in, please contact us, quoting the account number you can see on your web account, along with your full postal address, and we will be happy to look into this for you. You can contact us here
