Please allow 3–5 working days for us to dispatch your order. Pre-ordered items will be sent as soon as possible after the quoted date, and in most cases, your entire order will be shipped together with any pre-ordered items. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you with tracking details so you can follow its progress.


Most orders are sent via Yodel on a fully-tracked courier service. To prevent perishable items from being delayed at depots and deteriorating, no signature is required, and the courier is instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place on your property. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched, so you can see when it’s due to arrive. Please be aware that once delivered, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft from your property. If you have specific delivery instructions, you can provide them at checkout by entering a short message for the courier.


Smaller, lighter, single-item orders may be sent via Royal Mail. These orders will not include tracking.


Our expert nursery team always ensure your plants are sent fresh and in ideal condition to thrive once planted. While most plants are hardy and can withstand all but the most extreme frosts or heatwaves, we may delay dispatching the most perishable varieties during severe weather or over Bank Holiday weekends.


Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. Deliveries to outlying postcode areas may take an additional 1–2 days, depending on your location.
