We understand that sometimes you might not be home when your YouGarden delivery arrives. Here’s what you can expect:
What happens if you’re not home?
- Our couriers may leave a “Sorry We Missed You” card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
- Depending on the courier and your location, your parcel may be taken to a nearby collection point or depot for you to pick up at your convenience.
- Some couriers may attempt to deliver on another day.
- The couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour
What you can do to avoid missed deliveries
- If you know you won’t be home, consider arranging for a neighbour, friend or family member to receive your parcel.
- Use the tracking link sent in your despatch email to follow your parcel’s progress and contact the courier to reschedule delivery if possible.
- Some couriers allow you to designate a safe place location or divert the parcel to a nearby pickup point via the tracking link. You may consider choosing one of these options.
Important to know
Our couriers usually do not offer specific timed deliveries or guaranteed delivery days except for palletised orders, which may have additional charges. You may receive an estimated delivery window, and you should be able to track a driver’s location and get some indication of how far away he is.
