Order Placement
If you wish to place an order by phone, our Sales team are available:
- Monday–Saturday: 8am–6pm
- Sunday (peak season only): 10am–4pm
- Phone: 0844 6 569569
- Calls cost 5p per minute plus your network access charge.
- If you have a landline and a standard BT contract, there’s usually no extra network charge.
- Mobile operators can charge higher network fees – check before calling.
- Ofcom have a guide here which is helpful in finding out which networks will charge extra for the call.
- Tip: The easiest and cheapest way to order is via our website.
Track Your Order
If you just want to check the progress of your delivery, please visit our Delivery Page for useful information.
Customer Service
If you’ve already received your order and:
- Something was damaged,
- An item is missing,
- Or something wasn’t as expected,
Please Send us a Message with:
- Your order number
- Photos [where applicable] showing the issue
This will help us resolve your query quickly.
If you wish to amend or cancel an order, call our Customer Service team immediately:
