How do I get my membership vouchers?

When you join the YouGarden Discount Club, you’ll receive your membership vouchers so you can start saving right away.


How Vouchers Are Sent

  • By Email:
    As soon as your membership is active, we’ll email your vouchers to you — provided you have given us a valid email address.

  • In Your Online Account:
    Your vouchers will also be stored in your membership account. To access them, make sure you have registered for a YouGarden web account and log in before placing your order.


How to Use Your Vouchers

  • Navigate to the Membership page in your online account.

  • Select the voucher you want to use and apply it to your order with one click — no need to manually enter codes.


Can’t See Your Vouchers?

If you know your membership is active but can’t see your vouchers after logging in:

  1. Check that you are logged into the correct account.

  2. Contact us, quoting:

    • Your account number (shown in your web account)

    • Your full postal address [billing address]

    • We’ll be happy to investigate. You can Send us a Message for assistance.
