When you log in before ordering, your membership discount will be automatically applied to eligible products, and you’ll also have access to your membership vouchers.
Why your discount might not be showing
- Not logged in with your membership account
- Always log in before adding items to your basket.
- Different discount rates
- Plants and accessories receive 15% discount.
- Outdoor Living range receives 7.5% discount.
- Membership renewal issue
- If your automatic membership renewal has failed (for example, if your card has expired), your discount will not apply.
- Simply repurchase membership with your updated card details to restore your discount immediately.
