How do I send something as a gift?
Most items can be sent as a gift. Simply add to basket and head to checkout.
- At checkout, there will be a section labelled ‘Sending As A Gift?’.
- Please tick this box – this will ensure the pricing is not visible on the despatch note.
- A box will also appear where you can enter a gift message for the recipient.
- This message will be printed on the despatch note for your recipient to read.
It’s recommended that you mention who the gift is from as the recipient will not be able to tell from despatch note.
Will the items be gift wrapped?
We do not offer a gift wrapping service. The items will be sent with standard packaging.
However, we do offer some plants pre-wrapped in a hessian gift bag at certain times of the year. These will be clearly labelled on the website.
