How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your YouGarden password or would like to change it for security reasons, it’s quick and easy to reset it online.


To reset your password:

  1. Go to the YouGarden website – Visit www.yougarden.com.

  2. Click on ‘Log In / Register’ – Found at the top right-hand corner of the page.

  3. Select ‘Forgot your password?’ – You’ll see this link next to the password field.

  4. Enter your registered email address – This must be the email linked to your YouGarden account.

  5. Check your email inbox – We’ll send you a password reset link (if you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder).

  6. Follow the link – Enter your new password and confirm it. Passwords are case-sensitive, so choose one that’s secure but easy for you to remember.


Tips for resetting your password:

  • Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for stronger security.

  • Avoid using personal information like birthdays or names.

  • If the reset link expires, simply repeat the process to request a new one.
