Once your YouGarden order has been despatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This email usually arrives within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You should also receive an email and/or SMS from the courier if you provided a valid email address and/or mobile number at the time of ordering.
Tracking your parcel
There are several ways to track your order.
- Click the tracking link in your despatch email to see the latest updates on your delivery’s progress.
- Visit our website to track your order
- Enter your tracking number and delivery postcode directly on the courier’s website for real-time status.
What if I haven’t received a tracking email or message?
- Please check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes automated emails can be filtered there.
- An email will only be sent if you have an email address on your account. Likewise, an SMS will only be sent if you have a valid mobile number on your account.
- If you still can’t find an email/message, log in to your YouGarden account and check your order history — the tracking details should be available there.
