When We Will Replace an Item
We will arrange a replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged/faulty
- An item is not as described
- An item is missing from your delivery
- Your order is lost in transit or has been misdelivered
- You receive the wrong product
- A plant fails to thrive and is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee
How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- Where applicable, we may request photographic evidence — this helps us process your claim quickly and improve our packing and delivery processes.
Replacement Terms
- If the same item is no longer available, we will send an equivalent alternative [based on product type and value].
- If the replacement item value is less than the original item then we will issue a credit note for the difference.
- We cannot replace an item with an item of a higher value.
- If your claim falls under our Lifetime Guarantee, the replacement will be provided free of charge, with only standard postage and packing costs to pay.
- For non-hardy plants or items outside the guarantee period, replacement options will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery of Replacements
- Most replacements are sent via the same courier service as your original order.
- We will email you tracking details once your replacement has been dispatched.
