Price doesn't match

If the price you see on our website doesn’t match what’s shown in your catalogue, advert, or offer, it’s usually because the special offer price hasn’t been applied yet.

Using an offer code

1. Find your offer code– this is printed on:
   • The front of your catalogue
   • Your order form or covering letter
   • The advert
2. Add your chosen items to your basket.
3. Enter the code exactly as printed in the Offer Code box in the shopping basket.
4. The price will then update to match the advertised offer.

Email offers

If you’ve clicked through from one of our emails, there’s no need to enter the code manually - it’s automatically applied for you.

• Adding another code will overwrite the email code and may revert the prices back to the standard rate.

Catalogue or advert orders

• If your prices look different online, remember that catalogue and advert prices are exclusive offers.
• Enter the offer code in the Offer Code box at checkout to apply the reduced price.
• If you have more than one code (e.g., one on your catalogue and another on the letter that came with it), either will work but you can only use one code per order.

Finding products from an advert

If you can’t find the item shown in an advert:

1. Take the offer code from the advert.
2. Add it to the end of our website address in your browser’s address bar.
   • Example: www.yougarden.com/RGW287
3. This will take you directly to the product page—just add it to your basket (no need to enter the code again).
