Offers with a Free Plant

Some of our promotions include Buy One, Get One Free (BOGOF) or multiple quantity deals such as 3 for 2. These offers are always linked to an offer code, which you’ll need to enter at checkout.

How to Claim Your Free or Reduced-Price Plants

1. Add the qualifying plant(s) to your basket.
2. Enter the offer code in the Offer Code box at checkout.
   • If you don’t enter the code, we won’t know you’re claiming the offer, so the free or discounted plant won’t be added to your order.
3. In most BOGOF offers, adding the first plant and applying the code will automatically add the free plant to your basket.
4. If the offer was sent via email, clicking on the offer via the advert should automatically apply the code. Just add items to the basket and you’ll see the free plants added in automatically

If There’s a Choice of Free Plants

• Add both plants (or all items in the offer) to your basket.
• Enter the offer code at checkout - the price will automatically adjust so that the eligible item becomes free.

3 for 2 Offers

The process is the same:

• Add all three qualifying plants to your basket.
• Enter the offer code to ensure one is free.

Final Checks

Before completing your order, double-check your basket to make sure:

• All free or discounted items are showing.
• Prices have been adjusted correctly.
